I was expecting an ongoing drizzle and a very wet field, but was pleasantly surprised by the nice weather. Seeing both Viking and Scratch off at the flag made the morning even better. Slowly the PAX are coming back out.

PAX lined up on the soccer field. On the call of Ready? Go! sprint forward. YHC calls Down and everyone drop to hold a low plank position, expecting some exercise to be called out. Hold low plank at the end of the exercise until YHC calls Up and then Ready? Go! again.
Exercises included: 10 IC Wide Merkins, 20 IC Makhtar N’Diayes, Bear Crawl to the line, 10 IC Merkins Turns (one merkin, then rotate 90 degrees), 20 IC Mountain Climbers, 10 IC Diamond Merkins, 10 IC Peter Parkers.
We sprinted across the soccer field and back, and got to lay around the soccer field, so my promise to Viking was fulfilled.
Do and Undo
On the the Goalie line: 20 LBCs at each corner, start and end (so 5 times total). Bear Crawl on the short lines, run on the long lines.
YHC thought that was nice, but not good enough so called to reverse what was just done – 20 Reverse LBCs at each corner, Crawl Bear on the short lines and run backwards on the long lines.
We tried again the same format, this time 20 single count Lunges in the corners, crab walks on the short lines and runs on the long lines.
It was real good, but we still reversed – 20 single count backward lunges, crab walk backwards and running backwards.
We had just enough time for one Burpee Circle and mosey back to the flag for a quick Mary – 20 IC Monkey Humpers, 20 IC Big Boy Sit Ups, Viking called IC for Dying Cockroaches and YHC finished with 20 IC The Dolly.
