Mosey from the flag to the playground area, and then run a lap around the adjacent baseball field. The PAX circled up for 30 reps the following exercises:
After the warm-up, we proceeded right into the first event of today’s beatdown.
Prelude to The Murph (Pull-up Mile)
Perform 12 pull-ups then run a lap around the baseball field, approximately a quarter of a mile. Rinse and repeat 4X. The PAX who finished first threw in several rounds of Mary while waiting for the 6. We then slow moseyed to MS1 and MS2 parking lot for the next event.
Modified Bear Crawls 1-2-3
Similar to Dora 1-2-3 but with bear crawls and 5 exercises that spell out the acronym SLAMS. The PAX partnered up on the side of the parking lot and perform 100 cumulative reps of Squats, Lunges (100 each leg), American Hammers (100 each side), Merkins and Side Straddle Hops. While Partner 1 is doing the 1-2-3, Partner 2 Bear Crawls from the curb to the middle of parking and runs back, then flip flop until all exercises are completed. The PAX who finished first Mary for the 6 per usual. Everyone finished with 5 minutes left, so we moseyed back to the flag and incorporated several more sets of Mary before closing it out.

Praise for Chalupa’s recovery. He’s doing well and is planning to return to The Wreck in 3 weeks.
