We were a bit light this morning as we headed out on our early morning ruck -n- walk. In attendance this morning was “Go big or Go Harp”, “Walking the dog Whamo”, and yours truly.

For this mornings beatdown I thought we would try doing it without any running, Mission Accomplished.

 

The Thang:

Cricket named this one, “A Walk in the park”

Babyface was nice enough to pick the repetitions (20) I added an extra (5) for good measure.

We started by counting off by two’s and splitting into two groups.

Here is the method:

One pax will be carried the entire 1.3 mile loop

The group will carry one ruck on its journey

All other pax will carry 2 sandbabies each

Each group will carry one pax, 4 sandbabies and one rucksack around the track stopping at each of the 19 orange cones to perform 25 repetitions of the listed exercises. Everuything was done as a group and in cadence.
