YHC enjoyed his first visit to the Cowbell so much, he had to come back and Q.
Stu was waiting for the pre-run when I pulled in. We identified the location of the coupon pile, dropped the Board of Pain at the football field, then did a nice tour around the edge of the park. Can’t say we were expecting to find unpaved trail, but that’s how it goes. Callahan pulled in just as we were returning to the parking lot, bringing us to 3 for the day.
Mosey toward the park entrance. Stop for coupon. The PAX learned their lesson from Whiz and picked reasonably sized coupons! Follow the trail over between the football fields. Head to the one with yardage markings, drop coupons at the end and warm up at midfield.

YHC prepared a COWBELL beatdown:
LBC (with coupon)
With only 3 PAX, YHC opted for Tabatas over a Dora routine. For each exercise, perform 20 seconds exercise, rest 10 seconds, 8 times. Full minute rest after the 8th set.
Curls were an easy start and the conversation was flowing freely. By the time we hit Werkins there was not much noise to be heard! In addition to the minute rest, threw in a lap around the field after the 2nd and 4th exercises. With time a bit tight, the Extensions and LBCs were cut to 6 sets so we could fit in the final L: Lieutenant Dan (with coupon).
Start with 1 squat and 4 lunge-walks and work our way up. We got the count up to 5 squats, then with our legs smoked and time low we deposited coupons and headed back to the flag.
One round of Mary from each PAX: Flutter Kicks, Freddy Mercuries, Merkins
Prayers requested for the UGA student shot on Monday, a Cambridge High School graduate
Recalled the 4 UGA students killed 3 years ago in a car crash, with the anniversary of the accident coming up.
Prayers for Stu’s neighbor, whose family is dealing with a recent suicide attempt. Brought out some important conversation on mental health, bullying, and suicide.
It was great to see some PAX I don’t see that often. Callahan and Stu are two HIM. Enjoyed working out with them and getting to know them better.
