Preamble:
It’s been a few months since YHC participated in the MURPH beatdown, so YHC figured it’s about time to do it with Norseman.
Warm-O-Rama:
After disclaimer we moseyed to the big parking lot where we did the following:
- Wind mill
- Weed Picker
- Morrocan Night Club
- Side Stradle Hop
The Thang:
YHC planned for 5 rounds of Mini/Modified Murph:
- 10 pull-up / modify pull-up
- 20 merkins
- 30 squats
- run the parking lot 2x
YHC also asked for the gazelle to do an extra credit (mostly waiting for me to complete). With 10 minutes left, YHC called for time and we moseyed back to the flag . Like we didn’t have enough merkins, YHC pulled a crowd pleaser Jack Webb and Blistex closed it with a long LBC.
