7 PAX arrived at 35 Milton Ave. to get better this Friday morning. After q quick discussion on paces we divided into 2 pace groups which quickly turned into 3 pace groups as we went down Academy.
The rabbits (Devito, Lowes and Mayhem) ran down Academy to left on Westside Pkwy to left on Windward Pkwy to left on Main St. to return to 35 Milton Ave. for a total of 5.3 miles in 45 minutes.
The scalded dogs (Mufasa and Zima) ran Academy to left on Westside Pkwy to left on Cumming to left on Main St. with some extra looping to make 45 minutes for better than 4 miles.
The Clydesdales (TO and Ha-ha) ran Academy to left on Westside Pkwy to left on Cumming to left on Main to return to 35 Milton after 3.7 miles and TO continued to loop to complete 45 minutes while YHC stopped to rest his knee that is acting up again.
Nice to have a good crowd at the Hoppy Like again this morning. Perfect weather to get out and get Friday morning rolling!
