YHC was ready to go for this epic beatdown, with some of my old favorites and a couple new things thrown in for fun. Was glad to see a lively crowd this morning.
Ran a warmup loop around the parking lot, after a quick headfake to the right, we started left.
SSH, IW and Crabjacks (look it up)
Then we started up the hill and stopped before going too far for some DB drills in the parking lot. At the end, we caught our breath and then did half a mucho chesto.
Then we moseyed on a bit and came to a nice parking lot area to do the DB drills the other direction, with the rest of the mucho chesto after that.
Callahan then said he’s warm, so off we went for more fun.
Back to the playground for some 11’s with Muscle-ups and box jumps (watch out for the shin-grabbers!)
Then we moseyed over to the parking lot for the main event: The Cooper
10 burpees, 10 squats, 10 big boy situps, then lap around the parking lot and decrease the exercises by 1, lap again, until you get down to 1 and your final lap
Someone said, “I thought we were going to have fun”. Well, if that’s not fun, YHC don’t know what is 🙂
Mosey back to the flag for some flutter kicks and box cutters (I think) – and time’s up.
