Taking to the Battlefield with William Wallace

Today we gathered to show our appreciation for St. Paddy or is it St. Patty. YHC discovered it is St. Paddy and that he was Roman/Scottish by birth.

As expected, very few PAX made it past the fart sac today. But it did not stop us from rushing the battlefield with a William Wallace beat down followed PADDY acronym routine.

The Thang:

Started out with the William Wallace routine using the football field. One PAX held a plank as the other rushed the battlefield and complete 17 reps of the specified exercise. With help from Cookie’s watch light, I was able to assign the workouts from the winky.

Set 1: P1: Plank /P2: Mtn. Climber (Alpha Count)

Set 3: P1: Plank / P2: Maktar-N-Jayes

William Wallace Round 2:

Set 1: P1: Plank /P2: Plank Jacks

Set 2: P1: Plank / P2: LBC

Set 3: P1: Plank / P2: Carolina Dry Docks

Set 4: P1: Plank / P2: Lunges (Alpha Count)

Next we lined up on the side of the battlefield for the final charge. Much like the B.O.M.B.S. we completed at P.A.D.D.Y. routine. One partner started the counts on the designated workout while the other rushed the battlefield and returned to swap out.

Announced upcoming Q’s for PAX present. Dumpster will be delivering the beat down at Big Creek tomorrow. And Cookie will be welcoming the  NLB guys with a beat down at Caney Creek on Wednesday.
