We started the day with 22 degrees and 11 mph winds. Cold, but not cold enough to discourage the Pax from showing this fine morning
We went on a little road trip down Route 66, increasing burpees by 1 at each light pole, as we ran to the back of the school, making it all the way up to 11. After the last light pole, we ran back to the front of the stadium, for a round of Bring Sally up with squats as the exercise of choice.
Next we moseyed to the track for The Cooper: Start with 10 Burpees, 10 squats, & 10 Merkins then run a lap. Decrease reps by 1 and continue until all the laps are done. We did not finish. Mufas came the closest, but as time was expiring we moseyed back to the flag.
