Start off with a short mozy and get the blood flowing…
We mozied toward the school with a stop at the low wall for some 11s. Partnered up due to large numbers and small wall. Partners coordinated with dips on the wall and diamond merkins on the ground until complete. PAX then dodged traffic, triceps burning, and headed to the school trail for Burpee Dans (4 lunges for each burpee) and made it to 5 and 20 before heading to the bridge for a quick Bear Crawl and an Air Chair for the 6. Mozy to the hill, legs burning…
Changed it up a little and started in the middle of the hill. Partnered up, avoiding partner ‘rabbits’ to try a new strategy to even the playing field. Partners ran opposite directions on the hill with 15 Star Jumps at the bottom or 15 Ranger Merkins at the top. Partners ran back toward each other and wherever they met, did 5 burpees. Then continued hill run to opposite end and repeated for four rounds.
Quick, uh, Native American Run back to the bridge for Broad Jumps and a mozy to the low wall for 2 sets of 10 Box Jumps and 10 squats. Dodged traffic back to the parking lot for an Inch Worm. 2 lines in plank position while PAX in back Bear Crawled to the front, until time. A new take on Mary for today.
