YHC’s 43rd birthday is coming up this Sunday, March 15th, so I signed up for a birthday Q and starting texting a few PAX last night to guilt them into showing up. It worked as a few extra cars starting pulling in at 5:14AM. It was great to see Wolverine return after being away for the last year or so as he has been working out at HEW because he likes to spend money.

After Donkey Kicks, we walked over to the soccer field for Roxanne. It was cut short because YHC was dying and thought everyone else was as well, but most everyone else was fine.
We partnered up and did a round of No Surrender/ Bear Crawl (to midfield), Flutter Kicks/ Crab Walks (to top of the box), Squats/ Broad Jump (to midfield)
