The skies opened up right as we were about to start.  Good thing the school has an overhang we can use on these sort of days.  Today’s focus was entirely body weight exercises, with no coupons or running.

Warm-O-Rama:

Weed pickers x 10

Imperial walkers x 10

The Thang:

Twelve days of Christmas style beatdown.  During round 1, you complete the exercise from round 1.  Round 2, you complete the exercises from round 2 then 1.  Round 3, you complete the exercises from round 3, then 2, then 1.

Round 1: 5 Yowzas

Round 2: 10 Walk Out to Merkins

Round 3: 15 Jump Squat

Round 4: 20 Lunges

Round 5: 25 Pike Pushups

Round 6: 30 Reverse Lunges

Round 7: 35 LBCs

Round 8: 40 Mountain climbers

Round 9: 45 Big boys

Round 10: 50 Shoulder taps

Round 11: 55 Flutter kicks

Round 12: 60 American hammers
