Sometimes you just want to go back to where it all began. Not a bunch of fancy moves or equipment. Just you, some weight and a set of stairs.

Parade lap around the parking lot and circle up for:
Everyone over to the Ha-ha mobile for a Girlfriend. This morning only 4 exercises:
100 Merkins in sets of 25
100 BBSU in sets of 25
100 Curl with bag in sets of 25
100 Squats with bag in sets of 25
After each set of 25 we take our girls for a run up the steps. The first lap was around the loop at the top of Mount Caney. Lap 2-4 was up the steps and down the incline. The rest we laps up and down the stairs.
We finished all 400 reps with time for LBCs and it is 0600.
Good to have Stu back from AZ if just for a day.
