Mosey back down to the pond to the covered table and bench area where YHC had set up a boombox with two music selections, Bare Naked Ladies and Crash Test Dummies. The PAX chose wisely.
Nine favorite exercises were divided into the following three stations.
Station 1: Burpees, LBC, and Monkey Humpers
Station 2: Partner Merkins, Squats, and American Hammers
Station 3: Dips, SSH, and Single Leg Romanian Dead Lifts
The PAX partnered up and did a cumulative of 100 reps of the first exercise listed in whichever station the team chooses to start in and then run a lap around the pond. Rinse and repeat for the next two exercises before moving a different station. Rinse and repeat again and again all the while sweatin’ to the Crash Test Dummies – Mmm Mmm Mmm Mmm.
