A little rain with the girlfriends

Preamble:

3 PAX came and celebrated Thumper’s last stand with us.  Little did we know, that our new seasoned FNG was moving to bigger and brighter things just south of us in the big city.  Before he left, a tour with the girlfriends was in order.

Warm-O-Rama:

Quick mosey around the top lot and back to flag for warm up:

The Thang:

We grab girlfriends for a tour of the AO, but quickly cut short by rain. Quick audible under Pavilion for Tabata:

5 rounds of the following- each exercise AMRAP for 20 sec.

• crunchy frogs
• squats w/ girlfriend
• kettle bell swings
• curls
• burpees/merkins(alternate rounds)
• v-ups
