At o530 we moseyed up and around the rec center for a quick warmup (apparently at the windiest location possible): SSH, Imperial Walkers, Mountain Climbers and Windmills. Then we moseyed over to the FF parking lot where the Sweat Wagon awaited with coupons for all. We grabbed cinders and headed to the field.
Just moving some blocks up and down the field.
Lunge walk to the 50 with your cinder
Bears & Blocks to the goal line (bear crawl over the cinder and then reach back to pull forward ahead of you. repeat)
Cusack back to 50 stopping every 10 yards for 5 Thrusters
Bears & Blocks back to goal line
Extended arm carries back to 50 stopping every 10 yards for 7 No Surrenders
Leave blocks at 50 and crab walk back to goal line
Bear crawl back to 50 stopping every 10 for 10 Merkins
Bears & Blocks to other goal line
Partner A farmer carries both blocks to 20 yd line, drops them and runs back to goal line while Partner B does Big Boy Situps; switch then repeat to 40 / 50 yd lines
Rinse and Repeat with Burpees
Time running out so we got a quick set of curls, skull crushers and rows in dropped off the blocks and headed back to the flag for a couple quick rounds of Mary.
Circus shared his thanks and great words about what F3 has meant to him. And offered some of his vital organs should any of us have a future need. There could be some arm wrestling over the liver.
