After warm-up it was time to cusak with our cinders to the small hill by the sit-up station for round 1 of fun with Cindy. Today’s playlist brought to you by the Dazed and Confused Soundtrack – all right, all right, all right.
Three exercises with Cindy. Pax carried their cinder up the hill and performed exercise 1 while other pax did burpees until it was their turn. Each pax completed exercise 1, then 2, then 3.
1: Jump over blocks 10 double count
2: Squat thrust 20 count
3: Front lunge 30 count (single)
Next it was time for round 2. After a brief cusak to the field by the school it was time to begin: Round 2:
This time Pax carried their cinder in suicide like fashion 3 different distances (in sequence with each exercise) down the field and back while Pax performed the below exercises until it was their turn to carry their cinder. Each pax carried their cinder, completed exercise 1, carried their cinder completed exercise on so on.
1: 1 arm merkin on cinder
3: Skull Crushers
After that the final round consisted of core exercises. Pax would perform each exercise while 1 pax ran distance suicides. Rinse and repeat.
1: American Hammer with or without cinder
2: V-Ups with or without cinder
3: LBC (*LBCs were finished in parking lot by the flag)
