No FNGs this morning so a quick disclaimer and off we go. Mosey through the parking lot with the Carioca each way. Stop and circle up for side straddle hop, imperial walker, weed pickers, arm circles and covids.

The Thang:

Thang #1

Dora – partner up to complete accumulative reps. Partner A starts on merkins while Parter B ran to the nearest light post and back. Then switch.

• 100 Merkins
• 200 Big Boys
• 300 single count lunges

Thang #2

9 PAX so we split into 3 teams of 3 for a relay competition at the tennis courts. Each team placed a bet (exercise) on them winning. If your team lost, you had to do the exercises from all 3 teams as punishment. Other two teams did half of their bet

• Round 1 – crab walk to the second court, bear crawl back. Bets wagered: 10 merkins, 10 burpees, 20 squats
• Round 2 – all team members hold plank while they wait for their turn, first person runs to end of court 3 and back, person 2 then goes. Bets wagered: 10 flutter kicks, 10 burpees, 10 squats
• Round 3: all team members hold plank while they wait for their turn, first person runs to end of court 3, does 3 burpees and runs back, person 2 then goes. Bets wagered: 10 SSH, 10 SSH, 10 LBC (you can tell we were getting tired)

Exhausted from the sprints, we did one lap of Indian run around the parking lot, grabbed the clothes that we shed during the relay and headed back to the flag. Ended with 3 minutes of Mary; Freddy Mercury, gas pumpers, dying cockroach and American hammers.
