Preamble:
Lumbergh, Lefty, and myself headed up Rucker for the pre-run.
Warm-O-Rama:
Moseyed over to the basketball courts, which were locked, altered on the fly and settled for the parking lot.
SSH, Hillbillies, Weed Pickers, Arm Circle, Covids
The Thang:
Since the Bball courts were locked we had to do the Chamberlain in the parking lot
25 merkins, 25 squats, 25 LBC’s, 25 American Hammers, run a suicide (repeat 4x)
Moseyed to the playground:
One partner had 20 single lunges while the other partner had 10 pull ups (repeat 3x)
Moseyed to the Pavilion:
3 sets of dips 15 count, 20 single count step ups repeat 3x
Mosey to parking lot:
10 burpees run half a lap
10 burpees run a full lap
Moseyed to the flag for some Mary
COT:
-Prayers for a false starts family as they deal with the loss of a loved one
-Prayers for my buddies dad fighting Covid (update he is doing ok and oxygen levels ok)
-Pit Stop and Lefty filled us in on No Longer Bound, still looking for some PAX and $ for the lunch on Saturday
-Great to have Stifler back in the gloom!
